Leaf Removal
Leaf removal is one of our core fall clean up services, and we use several techniques to ensure your lawn is free of leaves. Our team will begin by raking the edges of your property, fences, beds, and all the hard-to-reach areas. Next, we will either mulch mow or bag the leaves in the area. Finally, we will rake any areas that were missed by the mower or are too thick to mulch up. Our goal is to ensure that your lawn is clean and free of leaves.
Gutter Cleaning
If you need gutter cleaning services, we can help! We can either schedule a separate cleaning session or include it in our clean up services. Our team is equipped to clear out all your gutter lines and unclog any downspouts if you have a water hose available. Our pricing is based on hourly rates plus disposal fees, which are similar to our standard rates.
Landscaping Beds
We offer a bush trimming service, but many people choose to combine it during spring clean up to save money. Once the perennial plants die off for the season, we can easily trim them back to keep the beds neat and tidy for the winter season and prepare the plants for next year's new growth. Adding mulching service after tidying up all the bushes and beds is also a great option in Spring.
Scheduling
We offer clean up services twice a year: spring clean up from March to April and fall clean up from mid-October to the end of November in fall. To schedule a this lawn maintenance service, an appointment is required.
Pricing
Our clean up service is priced at an hourly labor rate of $42.50 per man per hour, plus any fees for materials we haul away. Please note that the estimates we provide are generally a range of what the job may require. The final price will be determined upon completion of the job.
